How would your home and yard fare under attack from a wildfire? The Butte County Fire Safe Council can help you answer that question when you participate in the Fire Safe Home Visit Program.

How the program works:

• Call to schedule a Fire Safe Home Visit: 530/877-0984.
• Trained volunteers will come out to identify fire hazards, and will offer recommendations on how you can make your home more fire safe by increasing defensible space around the home.
• There is no cost for a Fire Safe Home Visit.
